Each series has different output of melt pumps. For example, zb-h-100cc melt pump is applicable to the melt with high temperature requirements, and the output is 100cc (rotational displacement) * 40 RPM = 4000 ml / min. The rotation speed of the melt pump is adjustable. For example, when the melt pump rotates 20 times, the output of the 100cc melt pump is 100cc (rotational displacement) * 20 RPM = 2000 ml / min. Therefore, the output per hour of zb-h-100cc melt pump is 100cc * 20 revolutions * 60 minutes = 120L / h at 20 revolutions, and 100cc * 40 * 60 minutes = 240L / h at 40 revolutions. If the output is within 120l-240l per hour, choose 100cc melt pump.
