Faults such as insufficient flow rate of melt pump

　　Our company's new melt pump capacity is insufficient at the speed of 38r/rain, the actual output is only 78t/d, while the normal output should be 93t/d, so the machine is shut down again for emergency repair. The pump head was boiled at high temperature with langenol. It is found that the total axial clearance between the gear and the bearing is about 1.3 mm. The same type of pump head (assembled and repaired by zhengzhou batte Technical Service Department) in a slice factory is checked comparatively. The corresponding clearance is 0.18 nun (active) and 0.22 nun (driven). Check other aspects and find any problems. Obviously, excessive axial clearance causes the pump head to have an inner mattress. It is the main reason that the capacity of melt pump is seriously insufficient.

　　2. Other Faults of Melt Pump

　　The speed reducer, universal shaft, safety device and motor of the melt pump will also fail. As long as the maintenance is strengthened and the quality of maintenance is improved, the chance of failure can be reduced. This paper will not discuss it in detail.
