High Pressure and Abrasion Resistant Melt Pump

Batte's new generation of high-pressure, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature melt pump, its performance advantages are analyzed and interpreted from the following six aspects.

1. The pump shell of high temperature melt pump adopts central support structure, and its external support can selectively connect with cooling water; 2. The inner cavity of melt pump is provided with metal lining, which is wearable and can be replaced after severe wear; 3. The impeller is designed with a pair of blades and the pump cover is designed with an enlarged cooling jacket; 4. The spiral seal structure of high temperature melt pump is designed to prevent solids. Particles enter the sealing chamber and use the assembled high-pressure balanced mechanical seal to ensure the reliability of the shaft seal. 5. The washing system uses external high-pressure cooling water to wash the end face of the machine seal directly to ensure that the friction end is clean, and can take away the heat generated by the end face in time, thus prolonging the service life of the machine seal. 6. Roller bearings are used at the pump end and three row ball bearings are used at the drive end to enhance the bearing capacity of the axial force. The bearing box is cooled by a water-cooled jacket.
