High-viscosity melt pump Applications:

High-viscosity gear pumps are widely used in plastics, resins, rubber and chemical products extrusion. Such as: granulation, film, pipe, plate, sheet, synthetic fibers, fiber optics, medical plastic catheters and other industries.

High-viscosity pump extruder processable material covering almost the most polymeric materials, such as PE, PC, PP, PVC, HIPS, PS, PA, TPUR, fluoropolymers, polysulfones, polyesters, thermoplastic elastomer, rubber and adhesive fever.

High-viscosity melt pump Advantages:
1.Stable output pressure ----- can effectively reduce the material output instability and pressure pulsation caused by the pump extruder parameters.
2.Improve product quality ----- extruded product minimizes dimensional tolerances, reducing scrap and scrap rates. Ordinary extruder can produce high-precision products.
3.Improve extrusion production ----- reduces the pressure to the screw from the original build pressure screw to die, to die instead melt pump to build pressure, high-speed and efficient extrusion screw, and can extruder back pressure regulator, melt in the screw barrel decrease dwell time, stable plasticizing process, reduce the melting temperature and improve product yield and quality. 4.Lower energy consumption ----- Data show will be co-rotating twin-screw extrusion and melt pumps extrusion granulator combination, their mixing quality and yield significantly higher than single twin-screw granulation unit. Energy consumption per kilogram of processed material can generally be reduced by about a quarter.
