When lifting large pumps ZB-100CC and above, don't forget to use eyebolts. Safety first!

There are skills in installation and adjustment:

before installation, the measuring tool should be used, the pump base and the motor drive shaft should be concentric and oriented correctly, otherwise the pump will suffer! The base should be flat and solid, the bolts should be tightened, and the input shaft should rotate smoothly! The universal coupling should also be installed properly, don't let it be crooked!

The start-up of the trial run is step-by-step:

The high-temperature melt pump has been tested before leaving the factory, so it can be used directly! When starting, first turn at low speed, lubricate the bearing, and then load it. The pressure should be slowly increased. Don't rush! Preheating and starting are important: before loading, the pump should be preheated, and the temperature rise should not be too fast, within 120 degrees per hour! Don't start before it is fully heated, cold start is the enemy of the pump!

There are ways to seal and cool:

The packing seal should be adjusted properly, not too tight or too loose! The spiral seal should be cooled with water, remember to install NPT connectors, and don't use too much cooling water for the small displacement pump, as it might affect the heating!
