I. Classification by structure

1、Plate type screen changer

Single-plate hydraulic screen changer: simple structure, compact size, easy to install, cost-effective, wide range of applications and other characteristics.

Double-plate screen changer: there are two filter plates, can be realized without stopping to change the screen, improve production efficiency. Relatively small pressure fluctuations in the material flow when changing mesh, more stable product quality, suitable for production lines with high requirements for production continuity, such as large-scale production of plastic products.

2、Column type screen changer

Single column screen changer: compact structure, small space, high temperature and pressure resistance, long service life. But its filtering area and processing capacity relative to the double-column screen changer may be smaller.

Double-column screen changer: with two columns, it can realize non-stop screen changing, stable material flow and small pressure fluctuation in the process of screen changing. Filter area is larger, can handle larger material flow, suitable for medium and large production scale production line, such as large plastic pipe production.

1、Manual screen changer

Advantages are compact size, easy to install, low cost, energy saving, do not need additional power source. Simple to operate, easy to maintain, suitable for small businesses or production scenarios that do not require a high degree of automation.

The disadvantage is that the net is slow, manual operation, labor-intensive, and generally need to stop the net, affecting production efficiency.

Advantages are fast net change speed, can be realized without stopping to change the net, improve production efficiency, reduce waste. High degree of automation, easy to operate, only need to control the hydraulic system to complete the process of changing the net, reducing the labor intensity of workers.

The disadvantage is that the structure is complex, high cost, need to be equipped with a specialized hydraulic station, the cleanliness and stability of the hydraulic oil requirements are high, maintenance costs are relatively high.

III.according to the process of changing the net whether downtime classification

1, downtime screen changer: such as single-board single-station screen changer, single column single-station screen changer. This type of screen changer needs to stop the production equipment when changing the net, to be changed after the completion of the net and then restart production, which will lead to production interruptions, affecting production efficiency, but the structure of the equipment is relatively simple, low cost.
