Stainless steel gear pump is a type of gear pump, specifically a gear pump with acid and wear-resistant functions. According to the design scheme provided by the present utility model, an active shaft and a passive shaft are installed on the housing, a gear is installed on a section of the active shaft located inside the housing, and a gear that meshes with the gear is installed on the passive shaft to form a pair of gear pairs. The material inlet and outlet are set on the housing, characterized in that a ceramic plate is set on the inner wall of the cavity that accommodates the gear pair inside the housing. This device improves the acid and wear resistance of the gear pump by changing its structure.
The stainless steel gear pump has well-designed oil discharge and return grooves, which reduce the torque force that the gears bear during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.
The stainless steel melt gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used for long-term operation as a pressure reducing valve. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline. Stainless steel gear pumps are mainly used for conveying lubricating oil in lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment, suitable for conveying lubricating oil with viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3 ㎡/s (5-1500cSt) and temperature below 300 ℃. Stainless steel gear pump can transport non lubricating oil, beverages, and low corrosive liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can transport low internal point liquids such as gasoline, benzene, etc. In addition to regular motors, this series of stainless steel gear pumps can also be equipped with explosion-proof motors of the same specifications according to user needs.
